By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms✦ Before commissioning me, ensure that you have a clear, visual reference sheet of the character you desire to be drawn. I do not accept descriptions of characters.✦ By commissioning me, you are claiming full ownership of characters being drawn unless stated otherwise.✦ If you commission any suggestive artwork of characters, you have to be over 18 and provide proof. The characters being drawn also have to be adults. If I find that you, the client, or the character is not of age, I have the right to cancel the commission, and blacklist you.✦ All payments will be made via Paypal.✦ When paying, I will send you an invoice. please do not try to PayPal me directly.✦ Payment will be upfront before I begin working on a commission. If the price is £100 or over, the price can be split 50/50, where half is paid upfront and the other half is paid after a sketch is sent.✦ Commissions will not be started until I receive payment, if you do not pay within 1 week of requesting a commission, you may loose your place in the queue.✦ Refunds can only be done in full before I have started work. If you cancel a commission and I have already started and sent you my progress, you may risk a refund of only:

Anything beyond is non refundable.
If for any reason should I cancel a commission, you will be fully refunded regardless of what stage I reached.✦ You can ask for progression in your commission and I will provide screenshots of how it looks for feedback. If you constantly harass me, it may lead to me cancelling the commission.✦ I will be providing wip’s before inking and colouring a commission for feedback, and you are free to make any revisions. If the commission is complete and you desire any major revisions, it will come with a price. Minor revisions are free.✦ Please remain patient while I work on your commission as I do have other important commitments outside of drawing. If a commission is not completed by 2 months, then a full refund can be issued if wanted.✦ When a commission is complete, it can only be used for personal purposes. do not use any of my art for commercial purposes under any circumstance.✦ Under no circumstance are you allowed to put my artworks into any sort of AI algorithm for training. If I find my artwork is being used in this regard, you’ll be blacklisted and reported. I do not consent to ANY of my art being used for AI generation.✦ If you use my artwork anywhere, make sure you credit me and do not erase the watermark or crop it out.✦ Your commission may be used by me for personal purposes, either it being used as an example for advertising or it be posted on my socials, however you can request for it to not be used/posted anywhere.

✦ Extra characters will be 100% of the base price, but are included with any extras (eg, if you purchase detailed shading and add another character, you won’t have to pay it again for the extra character). You can include up to 4 characters in a single commission.✦ If you’re interested in suggestive art/NSFW and would like to see examples, please message me. I do not showcase my suggestive art as I primarily post sfw, and would not feel comfortable with minors seeing any of my artwork that is only for adults.✦ If you’re unsure about anything I am able to draw in particular, please ask me and we can discuss.✦ The more specific you are the better! feel free to give me references other than the characters such as poses, props, backgrounds etc.✦ Please don’t be afraid to point out any mistakes and communicate with how you feel, especially near the sketching phase!
